Acceptance & Consent

By accessing the dk137 platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and dk137.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested to stop using this platform. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you automatically accept all of these terms.

Important: This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. dk137 reserves the right to verify proof of age.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on dk137 and enjoy full access to the platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
  • Each person may open only one account.
  • You confirm that online gaming is not legally restricted in your place of residence.
  • Your account has never previously been closed or suspended by dk137.

If information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, dk137 reserves the right to close that account at any time. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for identity verification.

Opening more than one account under the same device, IP address, or by more than one member of the same household is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed.

Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are supported for transactions on the dk137 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal processing time: Usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals of large amounts may be delayed pending account verification.
  • Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Deposits from third-party sources will not be accepted. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. If money laundering or illegal transactions are suspected, dk137 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in that bonus being cancelled. Make sure the wagering requirements for any bonus are met before withdrawing.

Bonuses & Promotions

dk137 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. These bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

  • Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
  • Wagering requirement: 20x (calculated on the bonus amount only). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
  • Each bonus offer may have its own specific conditions.
  • You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Similarly, a deposit of ৳32,000 will add a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total of ৳47,000.

dk137 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer. If misuse of a promotional code or bonus is detected, the associated account and winnings may be cancelled.

Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply when enjoying the various games on dk137:

  • Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting the game.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, dk137 will take action in accordance with its established rules.
  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
  • Any dispute over a game result will be resolved based on the recorded bet data.
  • Winnings arising from a software error or faulty display will be considered void.

Prohibited Activities

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.
  • Unauthorised use of the dk137 logo or brand identity is prohibited.
  • You are granted a limited licence to view and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The intellectual property of content from game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe) belongs entirely to the respective companies.

Limitation of Liability

dk137 will not be liable for the following:

  • Losses caused by technical issues, server outages, or loss of internet connection.
  • Losses caused by your own actions (such as sharing your password or failing to secure your own device).
  • Losses arising from software errors by third-party game providers.
  • Claims for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Account Suspension & Closure

dk137 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • At your own request.

If there is a legitimate balance at the time of closure and no rules have been violated, arrangements will be made to return those funds. However, in cases of closure due to a rule violation, winnings may be forfeited.
